About OfferCoach
What it is
OfferCoach is an AI job coach that scores your résumé against a specific job description with a pinned, reproducible rubric, rewrites it without inventing facts, and drills you in text and voice mock interviews. One loop, from diagnosis to the interview.
Who builds it
OfferCoach is built by Bella, a solo product builder who moved from crypto-exchange data analytics into AI products — and who runs her own job search through this tool. Every feature exists because the generic version of it failed on a real application: the pinned scoring rubric, the fabrication gate, the subject-aware experience parsing all started as bugs found while coaching a real résumé toward real job descriptions.
Where the numbers come from
The findings published in our Answers section — the 60/55/50 score drift, the 52-rewrites-5-confirmed measurement, the fabricated experience years — come from OfferCoach's own run logs, evaluation harness, and regression tests. The house rule: a number that can't be traced to a recorded run doesn't get published. When a measurement made our own product look bad (a ~20-point self-grading inflation), we published it and deleted the feature.
