Privacy Policy

Your account
Signing in (email + verification code, Google, or GitHub) creates an account handled by Supabase. We store your email address and sign-in identity — nothing else from your Google or GitHub profile. The account exists so your subscription and your work can follow you across devices.
Your résumé and session data
When you are signed in, your résumés, saved jobs, mock-interview transcripts and their reports are stored in our database, scoped to your account, so you see your own history on any device. We never sell it, share it, or use it for anything other than showing it back to you. You can delete all of it yourself, permanently, from Settings → Data & privacy. That removes it from the server as well as from this device; there is no backup and it cannot be undone.
AI processing
Text you submit for coaching is sent to the Anthropic API for inference. Anthropic does not train models on API inputs and does not retain your data after the request completes. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.
Voice interviews
If you use the voice mock interview, your microphone audio streams through LiveKit (real-time transport) and is processed by Deepgram (speech-to-text) and Cartesia (text-to-speech), or by OpenAI's realtime speech model depending on configuration. We do not store or retain audio after the session ends.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers — what we store is your subscription status and Stripe customer reference, so the product knows what you've paid for. Manage or cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
Diagnostics stay local
The app keeps a short technical log of your recent runs (inputs, timings, intermediate results) to make bugs debuggable. It lives only in your browser's localStorage and is never uploaded — you can inspect or export it yourself from the app.
